Built by a golfer who knew there had to be a better way.

Partaake started with a simple question: Why is planning a golf event still so chaotic?

As a former Division 1 golfer and experienced product builder, our founder had seen both sides—what great golf experiences look like, and how painful the behind-the-scenes logistics can be for organizers. After talking to countless event hosts, golf pros, and course staff, one thing was clear: they were all piecing things together with spreadsheets, Venmo, Google Forms, and way too many emails.

So we built a better way to do it.

We’re here to make golf events easier for everyone.

Whether you’re organizing a corporate scramble, charity tournament, or recurring league, you shouldn’t have to:

- Front thousands of dollars and hope people pay you back
- Manually coordinate foursomes and waitlists
- Constantly answer “Who am I playing with?” and “Did my payment go through?”
- Email the course every time someone drops out

With Partaake, you can:
✅ Launch a custom event site in minutes
✅ Let players register and pay individually
✅ Use AI to draft emails, schedules, and FAQs
✅ Drag and drop pairings, lock spots, and control visibility
✅ Show up prepared and actually enjoy event day

Golf deserves better tech. We’re here to deliver it.

We’re proud to be building software that helps grow the game—by making it easier for people to come together around great golf experiences. If you’re ready to leave the spreadsheets behind, we’d love to help.

We’re not just a tool—we’re your co-organizer.

Partaake was built hand-in-hand with real event organizers and golf course teams to address the actual pain points no one else is solving. From flexible payment flows to sponsor visibility, we focus on the details that make or break a smooth event.
